Digital Temperature Control
The digital control panel and Masterbuilt app allow you to adjust temperatures, monitor cooking progress and track up to four meat probes. The DigitalFan™ automatically maintains your chosen temperature, helping you achieve reliable results whether smoking brisket or grilling steaks.
Cook Low and Slow or Hot and Fast
The Gravity Series 1050 can smoke at low temperatures or reach searing heat for high-temperature grilling. It can achieve approximately 225°F (107°C) in as little as eight minutes and up to 700°F (370°C) in around fifteen minutes. This flexibility allows you to smoke, grill, bake, roast and sear on a single cooker.
